About Melinda Denton Hello, I am Melinda Denton, and I have been serving my Real Estate clients since 1988. I was born and raised in Spokane and have enjoyed our area so much, I chose to never leave. It is hard to imagine any other place where a person can have four distinct seasons, excellent friends and family close by, and be surrounded by a landscape that offers a multitude of outdoor activities. After graduating from the University of Idaho with a degree in Marketing, I took time out to marry and raise my two sons, who are currently attending college. As my sons grew up, I became anxious to embrace the Real Estate profession. It has been part of my family heritage for 38 years, and this foundation provides each of my clients with a more professional approach to the purchase and sale of property. I have continued my education within the industry by obtaining both my Washington State and Idaho State Broker`s license and Certified Real Estate Instructor`s license. In my "spare" time, I am a volunteer with Angel Flight, an organization which provides medical transportation, free of charge, for non-critical patients who are in financial need. I serve as an Assistant Wing Leader for Washington State and also use my pilots license to participate in missions whenever possible. This has been a very rewarding experience, combining my love of flying with the ability to help others who are facing tremendous challenges. . For recreation, I enjoy cycling, sailing and skiing - all that makes the Pacific Northwest a great place to live!
